Meet Kate
Kate Mason is an international coach, facilitator, keynote speaker, and investor. She is passionate about engaging and energising leaders to deliver sustainable high performance through enabling and growing people.
She is a global, commercially minded C-Suite executive with over 35 years’ experience in Fortune 50 and ASX 50 companies. Working in Australia, Singapore, London, New York and Zurich, Kate has experience reporting to Boards and leading executive teams through global business, digital and structural transformations across diverse industries, companies and cultures.
Kate is known for her ability to analyse strategic opportunities through multiple lenses and transform businesses to fuel P&L growth by harnessing her diverse background, natural curiosity and practical style to deliver sustainable outcomes.
