Kate is an Australian businesswoman and currently the founder and CEO of Self Energy advising numerous companies on transformation, change management, people and culture opportunities.  She is an sought-after executive coach for CEOs, C‑suite leaders and executive teams and an in-demand speaker on leadership, business transformation, culture and diversity. 

Working in Fortune 50 and ASX 50 companies in Australia, Singapore, London, New York and Zurich, Kate has decades of experience reporting to Boards and leading executive teams through global business, digital and structural transformations across diverse industries, companies and cultures.
